humane treatment
Natural Dog Training Australia is committed to using only humane training methods. The well-being and comfort of your animal(s) is of utmost importance to us. We will not use any methods or techniques that cause harm or undue stress to your animal(s). If at any time you have concerns about our training methods, please bring them to our attention immediately.
General Terms and Conditions
  1. Natural Dog Training Australia reserves the right to review and update these Terms and Conditions at any time, for any reason and without prior notice.
  2. The Client is liable for any damages caused by their animal(s) whilst in Natural Dog Training Australia’s care or while partaking in services rendered.
  3. All information given in the initial consultation or thereafter will be considered true and accurate and any relevant changes to that information must be forthcoming.
  4. Any and all costs incurred while your animal(s) is in Natural Dog Training Australia’s care will be payable by you, the client.
Privacy and Confidentiality
  1. Natural Dog Training Australia will treat all data in relation to you, the Client in the strictest confidence.

  2. Any information provided will not be sold or passed on to any third parties for any purpose not directly related to providing services to you.

  3. Client property keys will only be used to conduct the agreed services and will not be used outside of this agreement.

  4. Any property keys, security access codes or any other information pertaining to the property will be kept safe and secure at all times.

Photo and Video Release
  1. Natural Dog Training Australia may use pictures or video of the Client and/or their animal(s) for marketing and promotional purposes on social media and/or marketing materials, without payment or any other consideration.

  2. Clients must expressly state to Natural Dog Training Australia in writing if they do not wish their animal(s) or their image to be shared in photos and/or videos displayed on Natural Dog Training Australia’s website, any and all social media, marketing material or in publicity prior to engaging services or at any time during services.

Financial Terms & Conditions
  1. All charges and costs will be discussed and outlined during the initial consultation.

  2. Fees and charges will be considered accepted upon confirmation of the booking.

  3. Pet sitting/training combined services booked in school holidays will incur a 25% loading on cost and public holidays will incur a 50% loading on cost.

  4. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any pet sitting/training combined services with the balance due upon commencement.

  5. Bookings with Natural Dog Training Australia are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

  6. All fees are to be paid in full on or before the first day of the service commencing.

  7. Cancellations received within less than 24 hours on a weekday or 48 hours on weekends and public holidays may incur a 20% cancellation charge and will be discussed at the time of the cancellation.

  8. Cancellations made during an active service are non-refundable.

The Client's Animal(s)
  1. All known medical conditions and/or injuries (past and present) must be disclosed to Natural Dog Training Australia in a timely manner while utilising Natural Dog Training Australia’s services.

  2. Client’s animals must be on a vaccination, worming, flea and tick prevention program while engaging the services of Natural Dog Training Australia.

  3. Any food, veterinary and/or grooming costs incurred while the animal is in the care of Natural Dog Training Australia will be payable by the Client.

Emergencies/Veterinary Release
  1. The Client agrees to authorise Natural Dog Training Australia to handle any emergencies that may arise.

  2. Natural Dog Training Australia will make every effort to contact the client, however in the event that the Client cannot be reached, the Client authorises Natural Dog Training Australia to use their best judgement.

  3. In the event of a medical emergency, Natural Dog Training Australia will make every effort to contact you, the client or transport your animal to your preferred veterinary clinic for treatment. or where deemed necessary, the closest.

Additional Terms and Conditions
  1. Limitation of Liability: Natural Dog Training Australia will not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred by the client, their animal(s), or any third party while participating in the services provided by Natural Dog Training Australia.

  2. Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Natural Dog Training Australia and its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client’s or their animal(s)’s actions, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or legal disputes.

  3. Termination of Services: Natural Dog Training Australia reserves the right to terminate services at any time if the client or their animal(s) behave in a manner that is unsafe, aggressive, or in violation of the terms and conditions. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

  4. Communication: The client agrees to maintain open and honest communication with Natural Dog Training Australia regarding any concerns, questions, or changes related to their animal(s) or services. Natural Dog Training Australia will make every effort to respond to communication in a timely and professional manner.

  5. Intellectual Property: All materials provided by Natural Dog Training Australia, including but not limited to training plans, videos, and written materials, are the intellectual property of Natural Dog Training Australia and may not be used, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.

  6. Governing Law: These terms and conditions and any disputes arising from them will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state or territory in which Natural Dog Training Australia is located.

  7. Force Majeure: Natural Dog Training Australia will not be held responsible for any delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
